The Company acted as the Main Contractor and PSCS for all the site development works.

The project consisted of all site development works, including internal roads, footpaths, cycle‐tracks, public lighting, fencing, safety marking and signage, hard and soft landscaping and all other associated works.

The scope of work also included the construction of 223 new dwellings up to the finished floor level, including site preparation, excavation, disposal and filling works, foundations, underfloor and perimeter insulation, ground floors, foul water and surface water drainage and all house connections. These works also included everything necessary to complete the houses and their curtilages, including tie-in works to infrastructure and boundary treatments.
