Having secured a number of projects in the Dublin and greater Leinster area, we are seeking to expand our Project Management Team.

Typical works include the areas of site development/civils, commercial and residential building projects.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage the day to day operation of the complete project from start to handover.
  • Manage program and progress to achieve the client's time-frame.
  • Represent the company at all contract meetings.
  • Assist in the procurement and management of all project supply chain members.
  • Manage project Quality and Health & Safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • An Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management Degree required or where appropriate relevant experience.
  • Minimum 10 years residential / commercial / mixed development construction experience, preferably in a Main Contractor entity.
  • Minimum 5 years management experience required - preferably at senior level.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint etc.
  • The ability to communicate well and demonstrate an in depth knowledge of construction practices, trades and techniques.
  • A clear understanding of current regulations in both construction and Health & Safety.
  • Experience in management of Quality on site.
  • Excellent ability to analyse and interpret contractual documents.
  • Proven excellent analytical and organisational skills.
  • Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills required.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor for projects in the Greater Dublin Area. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within main contractor environment.
  • Experience working on residential/commercial site development and building projects is highly desirable.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be expected to work independently with occasional supervision when necessary. You will be involved with both Civil Engineering and Building projects. Day to day duties will include:

Senior Site Engineer for residential/commercial site development projects in the Greater North Dublin Area. Typical works include ground works, drainage, services, roads and other site infrastructure, substructures, bulk excavations, retaining walls etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Civil Engineering or relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of the latest surveying equipment (GPS & robotic station) and software.
