Brownsbarn LRD is a large-scale residential development on a site of 6.77 hectares located at lands south of Citywest Avenue and west of Cheeverstown Luas Park and Ride, Brownsbarn, Dublin 24.

Castlebrowne have been appointed a principal contractor and PSCS for the site development works package, including all site roads, drainage, watermains, services and public footpaths.
