Description:
As part of a land swap deal, Trinity Gaels GAA Club obtained new lands on the Drumnigh Road in Donaghmeade from Gannon Homes. As the lands had previously been used for agricultural purposes, no infrastructure was in place for the proposed development. The construction of two full size grass GAA pitches, clubhouse, changing room facilities, and provision of access road and parking facilities formed part of the deal.
Gannon Homes appointed Liffey Developments as Main Contractor and PSCS to complete the works. As Main Contractor and PSCS, Liffey Developments were responsible for co-ordination of all site activities from technical and H&S perspective, working in close co-operation with PSDP and Design Team, Fingal County Council, Consultant Engineers, Client and the General Public.
