Liffey Developments strive to develop all personnel in order to maximise team and individual contributions to the organisational objectives. We believe that the promotion of career satisfaction and progression through providing relevant training and education, participation on new projects and acquiring new skills is key to individual and organisational success.

In order to ensure our Technical staff keeps pace with the latest professional standards and practices to maintain and improve levels of knowledge and competence, all staff are encouraged to participate in the activities of their Professional Institutions and further graduate and post graduate education. We are corporate members of a number of Professional and Technical bodies allowing us access to their activities and expertise.

In July 2007 Liffey Developments were accredited by Engineers Ireland in recognition of the quality and commitment to its Continuing Professional Development (CPD) systems and practices. We have since been re-accredited in light of our continued focus and improvements on our CPD activities.
