In order to achieve our quality objectives we approach all projects in a structured manner by implementing a comprehensive Integrated Project Management Plan (IPMP). The purpose of the IPMP is the strategic planning of each project identifying the key challenges and critical execution issues and adopting strategies for ensuring that these issues get the attention they warrant and are managed and closed out effectively. |
