Liffey Developments are committed to the implementation of the highest standards of Health and Safety procedures in the workplace. We have developed and implemented a Health and Safety Management System which ensures that:

Foremost attention is given to the safety, health and welfare of our employees and all others affected directly or indirectly by our activities.

Continual improvement to Health & Safety procedures by taking a pro-active approach and ensuring our health and safety objectives and performance are regularly reviewed at the highest level.
Our Safety Management System has been certified to SafeTcert standard. This certification assures our clients that we effectively manage health & safety in accordance with “best practice” guidelines of relevant national and international bodies.
In order to ensure we keep up to date with latest legislative and industry standards and requirements we have a dedicated Health & Safety Department and we are also corporate members of a number of Professional Bodies i.e. NISO, C.I.F. and Engineers Ireland.
Our Health and Safety Department is responsible for ensuring that at all levels, appropriate Health & Safety training is provided so that all our people are competent, compliant and safety conscious. All our Site Management have completed "Managing Safely in Construction" training which is approved and validated by I.O.S.H. Site Managers are also trained and certified in Occupational First Aid.
