Description:
Strategically located close to the N7 and M50 motorway this development was constructed in two phases incorporating Greenogue Industrial Estate followed by Greenogue Business Park. This development is ideally located close to the busiest arterial routes to and from Dublin.
Works Undertaken:
1km Realignment of College Road linking Rathcoole to Newcastle. Works included construction of two roundabouts. Construction of Greenogue Ring Road, Site development and infrastructure works for Phase 1 Industrial Estate and Phase 2 Business Park of approx. 200 acres including 12 km of access roads.
Ring Road works included culverted bridge works, boundary walls, removal and diversion of existing ESB lines, public lighting and footpaths. The works also included:
