Works Undertaken:
Site Development works included a large earthworks exercise which consisted of approx. 10,000m3 of subsoil to be removed from site. Works also involved the realignment of the existing public road to achieve the feature entrance to the outlet.
Works also involved all drainage works, watermains, public utilities, tarmac surfaces and public lighting. Extensive hard and soft landscaping, planting and boundary wall treatment for this high specification finish car park consisting of approx. 5,000m2 to facilitate visitors to the outlet.
