Athy School

This project was part of the Department of Education and Science Design and Build plans to provide additional primary schools in rapidly developing areas, Having successfully completed works at Kellystown School, Clonsilla to the satisfaction of our client, ABM Construction, Liffey Developments successfully tendered for the site development and groundwork package for this second school project at Kilberry, Athy.

Works commenced on site in early August with a fast track construction programme of 20 weeks.  Working to tight deadlines, this project required collaboration of all parties in order to meet the programme parameters.  Our experienced Project Management team worked in close co-operation with the Main Contractor completing all works to the highest standards whilst achieving all programme deadlines and delivering the project on budget as per fixed price sum agreed.
